The FTC tired to introduce a whole bunch of exhibits in support of their injunction and CCC objected to most, if not all of them. The court played Solomon and gave each party some of what they desired.

It is interesting to note that most of the excluded documents and testimony were from ADP. :D

In any case, the court's findings should be posted here shortly. :D
